2 days ago I’m having problems syncing my MacJournal data from my iPad to my Mac. Either my iPad doesn’t see my Mac, or the sync never completes. Unlike other journal applications, MacJournal is packed with features, setting it apart. “MacJournal remains our app of choice for digital diary keeping.”. From the songs you download to the movies you watch on them, the iPhone, iPad , and iPod are distinct to your tastes. MacJournal for iOS is a lot like that too.

Description Talk about some serious journaling experience! Glad I got over the bad reviews.
A small caveat, not for this app as such: I just downloaded MarinerSoftware MacJournal. I was able to restore my journal entries only by opening the backed up database through iTunes file sharing.
Second, not everything synced. Despite some problematic reviews I just downloaded MacJournal for iPad and am putting it through its paces. It’s no wonder MacJournal is the world’s mxcjournal popular journaling app for the Mac.
I have been using Macjournak on my Macs for several years and I like the program. At the root of MacJournal, you’ll have the option to view all of your journals by date, but it’s not entirely useful. So as long as you use it online only. A Media Browser is included which allows you to select a favorite song from iTunes, a photo from your Pictures library — ipxd a YouTube video — and add it to an entry. Also, entered search text does macjoutnal produce results, despite the text string being available in a majority of entries.
Never out of sync with each other, multiple categories, types of media, sharing, and exporting, multiple journals, Etc.
Sync performance has been excellent, too! Definately Not user friendly app.
MacJournal for the iPad – MacStories
Day One is much better at keeping synced and you can import old journals very easily. You’ll also have the ability to publish your anecdotes online WordPress syncing works, though I haven’t tried Typepad and Blogger. If they madjournal it more frequently with meaningful updates that add features that they are missing, like include sync it would be a for or even a five. Well, I’m stuck with this thing on my iPad but you don’t have to be. Life happens around us every day.

All the bad reviews are true and then some. The Mariner website, in common with many developer websites, offers no help at all. The biggest surprise with the iPad version is that they are still selling it. It’s not quite useless The synch feature which used to work admirably is now stuck in an endless loop.
