The Sandalwood Princess / Knaves’ Wager by Loretta Chase

Wagdr Chase can always lead me down the path of her story, wherever it is set or whenever. He had tried to apologise and explain more than once before and she had quite rightly told him to shut up. But I think the author could of cut out a lot of the book and I still would of enjoyed it.
