Giddings has done a solid job of research; her easy style makes the story clear and fascinating while simultaneously mentioning every important committeewoman-a difficult task. A wonderfully historical tale following the inception and importance of African American sororities and fraternities. Books by Paula J. I appreciate the author for writing this book.
