We have to fight against the machines, the gizmos, the quick fixes, the absurd claims — and the downright foolishness of most of what passes for ‘training advice’ in the magazines and gyms of our country.
I wonder how far Bodybiilding could’ve gone if I had followed these techniques all those years!?! I view it as a summation of the accumulated knowledge Pavel Tsatsouline has gathered to this point in his career.
If you have less then 4 years of lifting experince you really need to get this book. I was medically retired due to injury and now I use Pavel’s techniques in this book to maintain a reasonable fitness level despite the pain that accompanies the injury.
