I plan to follow Ani’s day detox plan in the hopes of boosting my energy levels. If I was working an 8 hour shift and I knew I had to make all my food for the day before going out to work, I would schedule a full hour beforehand to prepare everything, plus wash the minimal dishes. Fat Blast does what it says on the cover: The plan is a 3 phase plan with the first three days being considered the detox, cleansing stage so it consists of only smoothies sweet and soups savory. I feel more comfortable phasing in more raw meals using her other books after bpast this plan. I really enjoyed all of the smoothies and soups on the first day, except for the Spicy Bok Choy Soup.

Fianna MacGregor rated it did not like it Mar 19, I really liked this book. It has taken me years to figure out where to buy some of these things or even what some of them were. So this plan makes the diet easy a accessible for everyone. Her book for the plan gives a great introduction into the nutritional basis she has for the plan as well as faf general philosophy for eating right, living green and getting healthy.

Want to Read Currently Reading Read. She does encourage a plant base lifestyle I’m starting a raw vegan cleanse and picked up this book for more information. I highly recommend this method. I’ve read all of Ani’s other books and have tried recipes here and there but have found it difficult to transition to a raw or mostly raw diet.
